NYSD round-up

A small group went to the NYSD at Middlesbough, fortunately on Sunday in lovely conditions. A very nice and varied course. Although quite low-key, with boys and girls running together it made a very fast start for the girls to judge. A good early season opening run.

Low-key maybe, but the Under 15s found themselves in the race with the English National and English Schools Champion. They had very good runs with Marianne Lowson 3rd, Eve Standen 4th, and Sienna Newcombe 8th and they were the winning team. 

In the Under 13s, Evelynne Metcalfe was 3rd, Harper Newcombe 5th, Nancy Standen 10th and Ruby Saunders 18th in her first race. They were 2nd team.

In the Under 11s, Josie Lowson was 10th.

In the Boys, Joel Hutchinson was 5th in Under 15, and Wilson Moisey-Smith 4th in the Under 17.
